Angelica is the Global Learning Experience Design Manager and has been with Aggreko for over five years.  With over 15 years of experience in the development and design of instruction, Angelica has been involved in learning design for both education and enterprise.  At Aggreko, Angelica leads a global team of Learning Experience Designers and supports learning and development throughout the company. 

Currently, Angelica is pursuing a doctoral degree in Curriculum and Instruction at the University of Houston – Clear Lake.  She earned a master’s degree in Instructional Design from the University of Houston – Clear Lake and a bachelor’s degree in Applied Learning and Development from the University of Texas – Austin.  In addition to instructional design, Angelica has an extensive knowledge of equipment and systems within the process industries.  She has assisted in authoring several college-level textbooks and was an adjunct college professor for several courses within the process industry field.
